White Bridge
The bridge that is open only for pedestrians allows visitors to enjoy the view to the river and Bagrati Cathedral. Substituting wooden bridge that was damaged by flood in 1860, in 1872 iron parts was collecting from France. Because of the color it had bridge was named - White. After last modification, architects decided to put transparent glass on some parts of it so viewer can see underneath. Some verses of Georgian poets are engraved on metal piles that cover the bridge

Kutaisi State Opera and Ballet Theatre
Modern building was opened in 1969 (It had another reconstruction in 2007-2010) but Opera and Ballet has always been loving attraction for Georgians. Even since 1861 theatrical performances were held in Kutaisi.
