Rano Kau
This huge crater is a true sanctuary of nature. Formerly it served as the most important source of drinking water on the island, since its lake is made up of 100% rainwater.

Orongo
We visited this ceremonial town on the edge of the Rano Kau volcano, where the deadly competitions of the Tangata Manu, which in the local language means “Bird Man”, took place, which determined which clan would be in charge of the island for a year.

Ahu Vinapu
The Vinapu "ahu" platform is by far the most well-constructed on Easter Island. It is made with such perfect engineering that it reminds many of the works of the Inca empire.
In addition, there are several remains of destroyed moais, those that were demolished in the 18th century.
