There are no storage lockers to keep strollers or any other item you choose to bring. Large suitcases aren’t allowed to get in.

Guests are required to enter the Palace with their guide. Tickets cannot be sent to guests before or after the tour. All participants must arrive at the designated meeting point and stay with the guide to enter the palace. Please note that latecomers will not be eligible for a refund if they miss the tour.
