We’ll meet at Playa Chaman, inside Marino Ballena National Park, where we’ll pick the perfect surfboard and rash guard for you. This beach is one of the best, if not the best, places to learn to surf in Costa Rica, offering ideal waves for beginners and those eager to improve.
Before heading into the water, we’ll go over the current ocean conditions, safety guidelines, surf etiquette, and the correct paddling and standing techniques. You’ll have time to practice on the sand until you feel confident and ready.
