Jvari Church
Perched high on a hill overlooking the town of Mtskheta, Jvari Monastery is one of Georgia’s most sacred and iconic landmarks. Built in the 6th century, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is a masterpiece of early Georgian Christian architecture and has stood for centuries as a symbol of faith and resilience.
From the monastery grounds, you'll enjoy unforgettable panoramic views of the confluence of the Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers, with Mtskheta and its ancient churches nestled below. The scenery is especially beautiful at sunrise or sunset, offering one of the most photographed landscapes in Georgia.
We'll explore the stone-carved church, learn about Saint Nino’s legendary wooden cross, and take time to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Whether you're drawn by history, spirituality, or natural beauty, Jvari Monastery is a must-see destination that captures the spirit of Georgia.

Stalin Museum
Located in the town of Gori, the Joseph Stalin Museum offers a fascinating and sometimes controversial look into the life of one of history’s most powerful and polarizing figures. Born in Gori in 1878, Stalin’s story begins here—and the museum traces his rise from humble beginnings to the leader of the Soviet Union.
The museum complex includes Stalin’s original childhood house, carefully preserved under a stone canopy, as well as the main exhibition building, filled with personal items, photographs, documents, and even Stalin’s private railway carriage, which he used during World War II.
Visitors will learn about Stalin’s early years, political career, and the legacy he left behind. Whether you're interested in Soviet history or curious about Georgia’s past, the Stalin Museum provides a unique and thought-provoking experience.

Uplistsiche Cave Town
Uplistsikhe, meaning “Fortress of the Lord,” is one of Georgia’s oldest and most extraordinary archaeological sites. This ancient rock-hewn city, carved directly into the cliffs above the Mtkvari River, dates back to the early Iron Age and was once a major spiritual, political, and trade center on the Silk Road.
As we explore the cave complex, you’ll walk through a maze of tunnels, halls, and chambers once used as homes, temples, markets, and even a theater. The structures are cut entirely from stone, and many still feature pagan and early Christian symbols side by side—offering a rare glimpse into Georgia’s layered history.
From the top of the site, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the river valley and surrounding countryside. Uplistsikhe is not only a fascinating historical destination but also a place of striking natural beauty.
Comfortable shoes are recommended, as the rock paths can be uneven. This is a true adventure into Georgia’s ancient past.

Mtskheta
Just a short drive from Tbilisi, Mtskheta is one of the oldest and most sacred cities in Georgia. Once the ancient capital, it’s now a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a must-see destination for anyone interested in Georgian history, culture, and religion.
Here, we’ll visit the stunning Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, where, according to legend, Christ’s robe is buried. This 11th-century masterpiece is not only a place of deep spiritual importance but also a remarkable example of Georgian medieval architecture.
As we walk through Mtskheta’s charming streets, you'll enjoy a peaceful atmosphere filled with traditional houses, quaint shops, and lovely riverside views. The Jvari Monastery, perched on a nearby hill, offers panoramic views of Mtskheta and the confluence of the Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers.
Mtskheta is more than just a historic town—it's a living symbol of Georgia’s faith, identity, and timeless beauty.
