Accompanied by our expert hunting guide and his hound Tep, along the paths of the woods, you will go in search of this precious tuber , you will know its qualities and learn how to use it best in the kitchen. During the search you will know stories and anecdotes related to the territory, and following the truffle dog among the trees and shrubs, if you have patience, you can be lucky and find the rare white truffle, or the black one. After the successful hunt we will head to a wine cellar in the area, where we will have a tasting of wine, oil and local products, with the pleasant view of the viney...
