Kazmierz The Former Jewish District
Your journey begins at the meeting point, where you board a comfortable golf cart equipped with audio commentary. Travel through Kazimierz, once a separate town and a major center of Jewish culture, passing synagogues, narrow streets, and historic sites reflecting everyday life. Continue through the Christian part of the district, known for its vibrant atmosphere and cultural diversity, before crossing the Vistula River into Podgórze. Here, see key wartime locations including a fragment of the ghetto wall, Ghetto Heroes Square with its chair memorial, and the Under the Eagle Pharmacy.
