Itinerary
During your forest immersion walk you will first take a moment to slow down while your guide shares information on the process and some interesting science about the forest. You will breath deeply, smell the moist freshness, hear the sounds of the forest and river, and touch natures textures. You will then be guided down a gravelled walkway and given a series of invitations on scrolls. You may follow the invitation or you can experience the forest in your own way. After each invitation is complete, we will meet and you'll be invited to share what you noticed (if you wish), gaining wisdom from each other and nature.
