Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

One of our professional photographers will contact you the day before your session to confirm details such as the type of shoot, your vision, and the best time of day based on weather and lighting. Using local expertise, we’ll recommend beautiful locations, but the final choice is always yours.
On the day of the shoot, your photographer will guide you through natural poses to capture high-quality images. Your photos will be ready about 30 minutes after the session, and you can choose how you’d like to view them:
