About
Bocale is a testimony to the artisanal production of high quality wine while respecting the territory, the environment and the people who have been working and living there for generations. The company has started in 2020 the conversion to organic farming. In the vineyard herbicides are not used, the soil is grassed between the rows to reduce mechanical work, erosion and runoff. The vineyard is treated with the technique of green manure generally favino and soil fertility is replenished with organic and mineral fertilizers without the use of chemicals. Tasting of a selection of 3 wines of the winery with bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil: Trebbiano Spoletino, Montefalco Rosso, Montefalco Sagrantino.
It will be our pleasure to tell you our story, the origins of Bocale and the philosophy that guides our daily work in the vineyard and in the cellar. During the tasting will be told how our 3 wines are born in the vineyard and grow in the cellar. Everything will be accompanied by a bruschetta with our extra virgin olive oil.
