Itinerary
Homero Manzi was a poet, political leader, journalist, author of tangos and milongas (including Sur), screenwriter and film director. The Restaurant is named after him. It is located in the traditional corner of San Juan and Boedo. It was built in 1927. It is sponsored and declared of cultural interest by the Presidency of the Nation and the Secretariat of Tourism of the City of Buenos Aires, and also declared an area of historical protection. As in the old kitchens of the neighborhoods of the city of Buenos Aires, where immigrants from different parts of Europe, mixed the culinary characteristics of each of these regions and thus created the so-called porteña cuisine.
