Students will make the following two types of sushi:
・Gunkan Zushi: Rice wrapped in nori seaweed topped with soft ingredients such as salmon roe, cod roe, or minced tuna
・Nigiri Zushi: Classical style sushi: rice topped with ingredients such as tuna, shrimp, white fish, etc.
◆ Upgrade your experience to include a sake or tea tasting session (additional cost).

Please meet your instructor at the main entrance of the Kikai Shinko Kaikan building on the 1st floor. (The building is right opposite side of Tokyo Tower.)
In case you cannot find the instructor, please visit True Japan Tour (Room# B208) on the B2 floor of the building.
