Itinerary
We will meet up at Musashikoyama station (Tokyu Meguro line), then will walk through a shopping arcade. This arcade is the longest one in Japan and you enjoy very local Japanese lifestyle (not really touristy!) experience. Upon arriving at my place, we will start cooking!
Class:
This will be Sushi course. We will be cooking the following menu: - Seasonal sushi-roll and Temari-sushi - One side dish - Miso Soup - desert (serving only) - We can also customize the recipes upon your request. If you have allergy, please let me know in advance!
Duration - 2 - 3 hours per class.
