The appointment is at the surf school where you will be equipped with a wetsuit. On site: changing room, lockers, showers. The surf lesson always begins with a warm-up on the beach before going into the water.
- Introductory course: exercises on the beach to master the different take off techniques (on the knees, on the feet), then you will get up on your board to catch the first waves, always accompanied by your instructor. - Intermediate course: take off foam, take off wave, follow the wave, choose your direction and turn.
