The Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews
Visit the world-famous St Andrews Golf Course. No visit is complete without seeing the famous fairway before stopping for a photo at the Swilcan Bridge and clubhouse. On a headland to the north of St Andrews stand the ruins of the city's castle, the main residence of the bishops and archbishops of St Andrews and the focal point of the church in medieval Scotland.
Explore St Andrews Castle and visti the 16th-century siege mine, the 'bottle dungeon' and one of the most infamous castle prisons in medieval Britain, created out of the solid rock.
