During this activity, participants will learn of herbs locals use to cleanse their body and aura. They will also have an opportunity to cleanse their aura with a herbal bath (what we locally call a bush bath). Then, participants will learn traditionally inspired rhythms of the African diaspora and learn traditional songs that memorialize local history. If the spirit moves them, participants can dance!
