On this self-guided walking tour, you’ll discover the Flatiron District's breathtaking landmarks. The tour starts in front of the Flatiron Building with a view of the area‘s magnificent skyline.

Eataly NYC Flatiron
The starting point is right across from Eataly - an amazing food market where you can get coffee, pastries, gelato, homemade pasta, pizza, etc. If you are starting in the morning, it's a perfect place to get breakfast. During warm weather, it's a special pleasure to get food from Eataly and sit at one of the outside tables with a view of the Flatiron Building.

MetLife Building
You'll see the MetLife Tower as you walk around the Madison Square Park. This gorgeous building was once the tallest in the world!

Madison Square Park
This lovely urban oasis has been here since the mid 19th century. Not only that It's charming, it also hosts a number of historic sculptures. From this park, you can see stupendous views of surrounding skyscrapers.

New York State Appellate Division of the Supreme Court
This is a lesser known landmark, but a must-see for architecture lovers. The Beaux-arts masterpiece is embellished with about 30 statues!

Church Missions House
This very unusual and beautiful building was made famous by being featured in the popular Netflix series "Inventing Anna" about a fake German heiress who picked this building for her exclusive social club.

Gramercy Park
The charming park is the only private park in Manhattan. You won't not be able to enter, but you'll walk around it and will soak it the atmosphere and learn its history.

The Players
One of the private clubs of Gramercy neighborhood, The Players deserves a special stop. It was formed to promote communication between the actors and the art patrons. The Club was formed by Edwin Booth - a famous actor and a brother of John Wilkes Booth, who assassinated President Lincoln.

Pete's Tavern
Not only an excellent restaurant, but a historic spot that was once a speakeasy and the place where O. Henry wrote some of his most famous works. This is the end of the tour, and a great time to stop by the Tavern for food and drinks.
