Vlorë
Stop 1 — Departure from Vlorë
Hotel Bologna → Sazan Island | 20 minutes
Meet your guide at the tourist harbor near Hotel Bologna in Vlorë and board our boat for a scenic ride toward Sazan Island.
As we leave the bay, enjoy views of the Karaburun Peninsula, the open sea, and the changing colors of the Marine Park.

Sazan Island
Stop 2 — Sazan Island Western Coast & Devil’s Gorge
Coastal exploration + snorkeling | 1 hour
We begin exploring the wild western side of Sazan Island, navigating close to the coastline and entering dramatic gorges, sea caves, and hidden rock formations.
This section includes the Treasure Cave of Haxhi Aliu, located on Sazan Island’s western shore. This is different from the famous Haxhi Aliu Cave in Karaburun.
We then stop for snorkeling at Hell’s Gorge, one of the most scenic and untouched areas of the island.

Sazan Island
Stop 3 — Sazan Island Landing
Free exploration or beach time | 1 hour
We land on Sazan Island, where you have one full hour to choose your experience.
You can follow the Ghost Town Trail and explore bunkers, abandoned buildings, forest paths, and traces of the island’s military past.
Or, if you prefer to relax, you can stay near Saint Nicholas Bay for swimming, snorkeling, or beach time.

Shpella e Haxhi Aliut (Haxhi Ali Cave)
Stop 4 — Haxhi Aliu Cave, Karaburun Peninsula
Crossing + cave visit | 30 minutes
After Sazan Island, we cross the Mezokanal Strait toward the Karaburun Peninsula.
The crossing takes around 15 minutes. We then visit the famous Haxhi Aliu Cave, one of the most iconic landmarks of the Albanian Riviera.
We enter the cave by boat and spend around 15 minutes inside, giving you time to admire the massive sea cave, blue reflections, and natural rock formations.

Karaburun Peninsula
Stop 5 — Karaburun Coast & Saint George’s Bay
Coastal excursion + beach/snorkeling stop | 45 minutes
After visiting Haxhi Aliu Cave, we continue along the Karaburun coastline.
We navigate close to the cliffs for around 15 minutes before arriving at Saint George’s Bay, where we stop for approximately 30 minutes.
Here you can swim, snorkel, relax on the beach, and enjoy the crystal-clear water of this quiet bay.

Vlorë
Stop 6 — Return to Vlorë
Karaburun Peninsula → Hotel Bologna | 20 minutes
After the final beach stop, we return to Vlorë by boat.
This completes the full Sazan 360° experience, covering almost 30 nautical miles around the Karaburun–Sazan Marine Park.
