We will meet at the BINAES, ( National Library of El Salvador ). In the lobby area there is a cafeteria, right next to it, there are some good and comfortable couches and the place has a good air conditioning where I will wait for you. I will be with a small salvadorean flag with a nice smile.

We will have a good coffee ( cold one or hot one )and of course we will have a nice introduction to the food tour.

Kuskatán • Centro Histórico
We can start going at Kuskatan a local.restaurant with tons of Salvadorean cuisine like sopa de frijoles or sopa de gallina India or some pupusas to start with.
Or
If you want to try one of the best chickens ever, try the best roasted chicken called pollo bonanza, some travelers either have lunch at the first location or at this place.
This one is the only restaurant of its kind in the whole country, it is called Pollo Bonanza.
