Awana Kancha EN Cusco ES an exhibition centre DE camelids from South America (Llamas, Alpacas, Vicaruñas) and a living museum of Andean textile art.

Archaeological Park Ollantaytambo
EN the archaeological center DE Ollantaytambo: here you will marvel at an imposing fortress and Inca citadel. The first thing that impacts is its giant agricultural terraces climbing the mountain, built with huge blocks DE stone.
You can admire the Temple DE l Sol, with its six colossal monoliths, and the sophisticated Inca architecture in walls, ceremonial fountains (such as the Bath of the Ñusta) and various precincts. Also visible are the deposits (qolqas) EN the slopes, and from here you can enjoy spectacular views of the village and the valley. The whole set ES a living testimony DE urban planning and Inca engineering.

Ollantaytambo
Later, between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., we took you to DE tr station EN in Ollantaytambo. DE there, board the train to Aguas Calientes or the base village of Machu Picchu. During this pleasant trip, you will have the opportunity DE delight in the fascinating landscape that unfolds along the sacred Vilcanota River.
