The session consists of a first theoretical part on land where we explain the basic concepts of the sport and then we put them into practice in the water with the supervision of the instructor from a motorboat that gives directions. The wingfoil session will vary depending on the student’s previous knowledge and weather conditions. We'll work the wing navigation and foil flight. We will start working separately to finally gather all the knowledge and start flying over the sea with the only help of the force of the wind.
