Sit back and relax as we take a short ferry ride across the water to the Westman Islands on this 35 minute ferry ride. first one

Heimaey Island
Lunch will be served at one of the local restaurants on the Westman Islands. The chosen restaurant will depend on availability and time of year, but rest assured it will be local catch and unique Westman Island cuisine. Lunch included.

Storhofdi (Great Cape)
After lunch we head to the south side of the island. Although just a 10 minute drive from end to end, this area of the island feels like a different experience with vertical cliffs, over 1 million puffins during nesting season and incredible walks. A far cry from the bustling harbour on the other end of the island.

Eldheimar
The interactive Eldheimar museum is a step back in time, where you will learn all about the destructive 1973 eruption that threatened to destroy the town. Walk amongst the ruins, while learning all about the harrowing local stories.

End point for the day. We travel back from the Golden Circle via various included sights.
