I will teach you how to prepare traditional Tuscan and Italian dishes, with a special focus on handmade pasta. The class is open to everyone—adults and kids, complete beginners, experienced cooks, guests with allergies, or vegetarians. The only requirement is curiosity!
You don’t need to travel anywhere : I will come directly to your accommodation. You can relax, feel at home, and get ready for a unique and fun experience. Together we will cook delicious food, enjoy a beautiful meal, and share a good glass of wine!

We will cook together just as people do in traditional Tuscan country homes : no distant chefs, no formal atmosphere... just hands in the flour, laughter, the aromas filling the kitchen, and fresh local ingredients. I will guide you step by step in preparing some of the most iconic dishes of the culinary tradition, starting with handmade pasta—mixed, rolled, and cut by you, just like it used to be.
