The moment you book a transfer with us you become a VIP. Our team will message you to thank you and give you updates on the drivers whereabouts in case of traffic.
From airport to hotel: upon arrival, you will exit from door 13. On the right hand side of the board will be the logo R99. This is the logo you need so the right staff member knows which car to call up for you. Once the car has been called up our professional driver will then bring you safely to the hotel.
Hotel to airport: The driver will arrive 15 minutes before the arranged time. İf he cannot park outside the hotel's front door we will share with you the location.
