Chora Museum
The Church of Christ the Savior in the Fields from the ensemble of the monastery in Chora is the Byzantine church that has preserved its original appearance in Istanbul. In 1511 it became a mosque. From 1948 to 2020 it functioned as the Kariye Museum. In 2020 it became a mosque again. It is one of the Istanbul World Heritage Sites.

Suleymaniye Mosque
Suleymaniye Mosque is the second largest mosque and, until the opening of the Çamlıca Mosque in 2019, the first largest mosque in Istanbul, accommodating more than 5,000 believers. Located in the old part of the city, in the Vefa area. The mosque was built by order of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent by the architect Sinan in 1550-1557.

Eyup
A municipality and district of Istanbul Province, Turkey. Its area is 228 km2, and its population is 422,913 (2022). The district extends from the Golden Horn all the way to the shore of the Black Sea. Eyüp is also the name of a prominent neighborhood and former village in the district, located at the confluence of the Kâğıthane and Alibey streams at the head of the Golden Horn. The Eyüp neighborhood is a historically important area, especially for Turkish Muslims, due to the presence of the tomb of Abu Ayyub al-Ansari, the prominent Medinan companion (Ansar) and standard-bearer of the Islamic prophet Muhammad.
