( not just the hotel/residence/office name) 2.Client MUST have their phone turned on at the time of the pick up!!! 3.Client MUST consider a proper pick up time having in mind the traffic factor, and that is recommended to be at the airport 3 hours before for International flights and 2 hours for Domestic flights 4.Client MUST provide an email! 5.Client will be texted the car make and license plate number 1-2 hours prior to pick up.
