Airport Mesa
Our first visit will be to Airport Vortex, one of the Sedona's main Vortexes. Here you will learn about Sedona's Vortex phenomena, it's scientific and spiritual meaning. There will be a short meditation.

Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park
We will visit the famous Amitabha Stupa. A Stupa is a spiritual shrine, a place of prayer, and meditation.
Here we will spend time to talk about Earth Wisdom, Native American spiritual and ways of life, the basis of spirituality, and about its message, and how we can incorporate it into our daily life.
This will be followed by a deep, yogic guided relaxation, with prayers and letting go of that which doesn't serve you anymore.
This is a very powerful healing experience!

Time permitting, we will visit Rachel's knoll, a sacred place to Native Americans with breathtaking views.
