For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Your guide will drive toward a place where weather forecasts are planning on having a clear cloud cover. This is the first thing you need to see the Northern Lights: No clouds.
The next things you need are luck and patience: The luckier you are, the less patient you need to be!
Fortunately, our guide will entertain you with nice Northern Lights stories and provide you with hot chocolate to keep you warm. This should help with the patience!
