Great Wall at Huanghuacheng
Your private guide and driver will pick you up from your Beijing city hotel at 8:00am. Drive about 1.5 hours to Huanghuacheng Great Wall, the only section of China’s Great Wall that runs alongside, and is partially submerged in a lake. Badaling, Mutianyu and Simatai Great Wall, those sections have become hot tourist spots after being renovated. But Huanghuacheng is largely unrestored since the Ming dynasty (1368-1644), this segment is one of prettiest yet least crowded near Beijing, making it great for hiking.
Your tour ends with hotel drop-off.
After enjoy 2-3 hours non hurried hiking experience on the Wall, you will stop for a tasty lunch at a local restaurant.
