Private Group Traditional Korean Alcohol Making
About
We designed this program with a goal of maximizing direct participant experience in makgeolli making from the beginning to the end. The introduction to the traditional Korean alcohol with a storytelling (folktale) will help participants get acclimated to the experience, even if they are new to Korean culture. Lastly, we support our audience engaging in a sustainable practice through utilizing reusable items.
This activity also serves as a solid team-building activity as team effort is essential in making traditional alcohol. If needed, we can also help you customize the program (location, program length, available snacks, etc.) for your group upon request.

Are you ready to turn your hobbies into a business?
Make your OWN Korean rice wine, makgeolli, with an expert!
In this program, participants (minimum 4 persons) will learn about the traditional alcohol in Korea, makgeolli, and get a hands-on experience how to make it. With a storytelling of Korean folktale as well as makgeolli tasting, we provide an immersive experience of Korean culture.
At the end of the program, each participant gets to take home the makgeolli of their own, in addition to the souvenir gift bag. We've been privileged to work with corporates and universities for group events.
