07:30 AM – Hotel Pickup in Vienna Your day begins with pickup directly from your hotel / apartment building in Vienna. Please be ready in the lobby on time. Your driver will assist you with any luggage, and make sure you're comfortable in your air-conditioned van.

Our journey from Vienna to Zagreb takes around 4.5 to 5 hours, depending on traffic and border conditions. For comfort and safety, we always include a short coffee/restroom break about halfway through — usually after 2.5 hours of driving, near Graz or just before the Slovenian border.

After our short break in or near Graz, we continue south toward Zagreb, Croatia’s capital — crossing two international borders along the way (Austria → Slovenia → Croatia). What to Expect: Border Control: You’ll need a valid passport or EU ID. Both Slovenia and Croatia are in the EU Drive Time: Approximately 2.5 hours from Graz to Zagreb, depending on border wait times and traffic around Maribor. Scenery: This stretch is scenic — forests, vineyards, and rolling hills — and we stay on good highways almost the entire way.

When we arrive in Zagreb, we don’t just drop you off with a map and say “good luck.” You’ll be greeted by a local guide who knows the city’s history, secrets, and how to dodge tourist traps. Ban Jelačić Square – Zagreb’s main plaza and beating heart. All in a relaxed 1.5-hour walk, flat and easy, with plenty of photo stops
