Villefranche-sur-Mer
The most beautiful bay in the world! This picturesque little fishing port is also home to a flotilla of yachts and pointus (traditional fishing boats). With the majestic curve of its shoreline, its 16th-century Citadel and colourful façades, Villefranche-sur-Mer also became a favorite venue for painters and artists. The old town and the bay of Villefranche-sur-mer have been used as the setting for many famous films, including Hitchcock’s To Catch a Thief, Never Say Never Again with Sean Connery, The Jewel of the Nile with Michael Douglas and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels with Steve Martin. Villefranche-Sur-Mer was also used by the Rolling Stones during their recording of their 1972 album Exile on Main St.

You can take a glimpse of the village, from the boat. This beautiful village dates back to the middle ages and clings impressively to the mountainside above the Mediterranean Sea, between St Jean Cap Ferrat and Monaco. Panoramic views, ancient façades, and an unbelievable attention to detail are some of the most memorable features of this lovely village.

Cap d'Ail
The picturesque Mala beach was chosen as one of the most beautiful beaches on the French Riviera. I will show you some secret spots, also. It is just around the corner before Monaco.

Tourism is mostly oriented towards a rich clientèle that the city pampers with its luxury hotels. Monaco lives vertically.
