Tân Định Market... Big yellow hall just off Hai Bà Trưng. Bolts of neon fabric hang like rainbows, fish sauce and jackfruit scents mix in the air, scooters glide right down the aisles.
I steer you through the cloth maze, point out the hidden herb corner, and snag us warm pandan waffles for the walk.

Tan Dinh Church
Tân Định Church ... Hot-pink spires on Hai Bà Trưng. Looks like Barbie built a cathedral.
I swing you to the front gate for the “bubble-gum church + scooter blur” photo. We peek at the iron doors, I drop one quick line about how it’s been glowing pink since 1876, then we grab a sugarcane juice from the cart outside and roll on. Five minutes, one bright selfie, done.
