For guests who book our transfer service from Hanoi only: 8:00 – 8:45 AM – Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or at the Hanoi Opera House.

Guests not using our transfer service from Hanoi should arrive at Tuan Chau Marina – Station No.17 (Overnight Cruise Port) before 11:30 AM to check in for their luxury 5-star overnight cruise in Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed at the designated waiting lounge and guided through the boarding process. Please note: if you arrive late, you will need to arrange and pay for a private speedboat to reach the cruise.

12:00 PM – After a short rest at the harbor, a high-speed tender boat will transfer you to the main cruise ship (approx. 25 minutes). Upon boarding, you’ll be greeted with a welcome drink and a warm reception from the professional crew. A short briefing on cruise facilities and safety instructions will be held in the restaurant, followed by check-in procedures and access to your luxury suite cabin. 1:00 PM – Enjoy a freshly prepared lunch served at the onboard restaurant, while the cruise begins its journey to explore the stunning landscape of Lan Ha Bay, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Halong Bay.

In the afternoon, guests will visit Ba Trai Dao area, a stunning lagoon in Lan Ha Bay known for its romantic beach and crystal-clear waters. You can enjoy kayaking, swimming, and sightseeing in this peaceful paradise. In case of bad weather, the itinerary may be adjusted to visit Dark & Bright Cave instead. After returning to the cruise, relax with a sunset party and Happy Hour at the bar, then join a Vietnamese cooking class led by our chef.
