Make a panoramic transfer along the mythical river Douro to your foothills by meeting the Atlantic Ocean and seeing the beautiful beaches of Foz do Douro to the point of activity.
Guests will be taught surfing techniques that include oceanography, stand up, balance on the board, training and physical warming in the sand and practical lessons at sea.
At the end of this activity you will be able to take a yoga class with a certified teacher. (Optional, not included in price)

They will make a panoramic transfer through the river area of Porto including the river and the seafront and its beaches to the place where they will carry out with an experienced and dedicated trainer their learning and development of surfing techniques that include oceanography, stand up, balance on the board, training and physical heating in the sand and practical lessons in the sea.
