Like all Neapolitans, pizza is one of my favorite dishes, and in this experience I will share with you the secrets of this passion of mine.
As soon as we meet we will go shopping in a typical street market where we will find all the freshest ingredients for our pizzas.
Then after a 15 minutes ride i will take you to the terrace of my house, where I will welcome you with drinks and appetizers, and then you will learn from the scratch the method of making a handmade dough, what are its fermentation and maturation times to arrive at an excellent product.
You will roll out the pizza and compose it with the top classic products of a Margherita or a Marinara or whatever you may prefer.
