We have set out to teach you how to cook one of the most international dishes, the Valencian Paella. Rice is its main ingredient, followed by chicken and vegetables. We will meet in our kitchen. We will start with a sangria workshop that we will accompany with some delicious freshly cooked tapas and drinks. Then we will divide into groups and start with the paella workshop. We will discover the necessary ingredients to cook an authentic Valencian paella (fresh ingredients bought in the Ruzafa market).
