During our outdoor beach training sessions, you’ll experience a dynamic and engaging workout tailored to all fitness levels. Here's what to expect: Warm-Up: We'll start with light stretching and mobility exercises to get your body ready and prevent injuries.
Main Workout: This includes a mix of cardio, strength, and functional exercises using the natural beach environment—think sand sprints, bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and more.
Cool-Down: To finish, we’ll guide you through calming stretches and deep breathing exercises while enjoying the sea breeze and the sound of waves.
