Once the passenger made a booking, we give them a call on the number provided in the booking to confirm the booking details 24 hours in advance. If it's pickup from House/Hotel to Heathrow Airport we advise the customer to book at least 4 hours before flight departure time. The usual traveling time is 60 to 90 minutes and the customer requires 2 hours before flight departure at the airport for security. Our drivers will meet the passenger(s) inside the hotel lobby or outside of the house.
