Visit our favorite vendors in Old Delhi and try the local specialties chole bature, dahi bhalla and aloo chat, as well as parathas, lassi and the very sweet but delicious jalebis and the local equivalent of rice pudding and bread and butter pudding.

View Jama Mosque, the heart of Islam in Delhi, from outside, and taste marinated chicken. Finish off the tour with delicious locally made desserts like kheer (Indian rice pudding) and shahi tukda (bread soaked in milk and nuts, like bread pudding). If you have any room left in your stomach, you can wash all of this down with some refreshing lassi.
