Itinerary
During this hands-on Pasta & Gelato cooking class in Naples, travelers will actively participate in every step of the experience alongside a professional local chef.
The activity begins with an introduction to traditional Italian cooking and the ingredients that will be used. Guests will then learn how to prepare fresh pasta dough from scratch, kneading and rolling it by hand before shaping fettuccine and ravioli using classic techniques.
Once the pasta is ready, travelers will help complete the dishes with traditional sauces: fettuccine served with a creamy Alfredo-style sauce, and ravioli paired with San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh basil, and Parmigiano cheese.
