Your 9 days Mountain Rwenzori trekking safari starts when a guide picks you from a suitable location in Kampala. As you drive towards the South-western Uganda, you will make a brief stop at the equator for you to take photographs at the monuments, stand in the Southern and Northern hemispheres at the same, and also do a few experiments that prove the equator is at that place.
Your next stop will be in Mbarara town where you will have lunch, you will reach the region of the Rwenzori in the evening. You will retire to your choice accommodation for dinner and overnight, preparing to begin your Mountain Rwenzori trekking excursion the next day.
