Once we arrive at the Visitor Center of the Acquerino Nature Reserve we will give a brief illustration of the territory, the route and the correct use of mountain bikes. Wearing the helmets we are ready to start the excursion aboard our MTBs among paths and dirt roads, surrounded by ancient trees, and with a little luck we will be able to see the very rich local fauna which includes deer and roe deer among other things. For lunch time we will arrive in an area of wide meadows and centuries-old beech trees, where we can eat packed or take advantage of the excellent traditional recipes of the adjacent farmhouse (own production of cheeses and ricotta).
