We continue ascending until we reach 1600 meters high, where you will be amazed by one of the largest shields in Colombia. If luck is on your side, you can even interact with the local indigenous people who visit the picturesque town of La Tagua to do their shopping.

Hostal Sierra Minca
For lunch, we will arrive at the charming Hostal Sierra Minca, where you will enjoy a homemade meal and have the opportunity to relax by the pool with views of the city of Santa Marta. After recharging our energy, we will begin the descent along an unpaved road that will take you back to Minca.
