ATV Age Requirements: Ages 0–4: Not permitted on an ATV. Ages 5–13: Allowed as passengers only. A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the online waiver form. Ages 14–17: Eligible to be drivers or passengers. A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the online waiver form. Participants aged 14–17 may join the activity without a parent or legal guardian present on-site once the waiver has been completed. Ages 18 and up: Eligible to be drivers or passengers. A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
