1
St Paul's Cathedral
The Metropolitan Cathedral of Saint Paul, often known as St Paul's Cathedral or Mdina Cathedral, is a Roman Catholic cathedral dedicated to the Apostle St. Paul. It was built in the 12th century on the place where Roman governor Publius met St. Paul after his shipwreck in Malta, according to legend. The previous cathedral was badly damaged in the 1693 Sicily earthquake, so it was disassembled and rebuilt in the Baroque style between 1696 and 1705 following a design by Maltese architect Lorenzo Gafà. The cathedral is considered to be Gafà's finest. It is the seat of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Malta, and this function has been shared with St. John's Co-Cathedral in Valletta since the 19th century.

Mdina Cathedral Museum
The Mdina Cathedral Museum is a religious art museum located within Mdina's medieval walled city. It is housed within a baroque structure that was constructed as a Jesuit Seminary. Archbishop's Square is located on the right side of St. Paul's Cathedral. The museum's collection comprises a diverse secular and religious repertory, as well as artwork and archaeological remnants, including major works by Mattia Preti. The museum also houses the most important collection of Italian baroque music south of Naples.

Mdina Main Gate - Baroque gateway
The Mdina Gate, also known as the Major Gate or the Vilhena Gate, is the main entrance to Mdina, Malta's walled city. During the magistracy of Grand Master António Manoel de Vilhena, it was erected in the Baroque style in 1724 to designs by Charles François de Mondion. It was also used as one of King's Landing's gates during the filming of Lord Snow, the third episode of Game of Thrones' first season.
