Aguas Calientes
Our experience begins with pickup from your hotel. Pickup times will be scheduled based on your train reservation (if you prefer an upgraded train service, such as "El Observatorio," please contact us for more information). Enjoy your trip to Aguas Calientes (also known as Machu Picchu Pueblo) and take in the breathtaking views of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, as the journey takes you past towering mountains, verdant valleys, and rushing rivers, giving you a glimpse of the wonders that await you.
To ensure smooth boarding, we recommend arriving in your hotel lobby 20 minutes early.
IMPORTANT: We recommend booking in advance, as access to the Machu Picchu Sanctuary is limited (it is recommended to book at least one month in advance).
