His influence is visible in iconic landmarks like the Triple Bridge, Shoemakers’ Bridge, Prešeren Square, and the riverside promenades. Key attractions include the Ljubljana Town Hall, Cathedral, Robba Fountain, and Congress Square. The city’s symbol, the Ljubljana Dragon, represents strength, courage, and greatness. It appears atop the castle tower and on the Dragon Bridge, adding a mythical charm to the cityscape.

Lake Bled
Bled is an Alpine town and one of Slovenia's oldest and most beautiful tourist destinations. Its main attraction is Lake Bled, which surrounds Bled Island. The island features several buildings, including a Gothic church dedicated to the Assumption of Mary, known for its make-a-wish bell and popular with newlyweds. Lake Bled offers various sports activities and is perfect for romantic moments. During your visit, you’ll walk around the lake, enjoy the fresh alpine air, and watch swans and ducks at play. You’ll also admire Bled Castle, perched on a cliff above the glacial lake and considered Slovenia’s oldest castle. Finally, you’ll see other local landmarks and enjoy a delicious slice of cremeschnitte (kremšnita), a vanilla and custard cream cake.
