Transfer from Huaraz to Cebollapampa – Hike to Pisco Base Camp (4,665 m)

Lake Llanganuco
We will pick you up from your hotel in Huaraz and drive north through the Santa River Valley, between the Cordillera Blanca and Cordillera Negra. Along the way, we pass traditional Andean villages and enjoy views of Huascarán (6,768 m), Peru’s highest peak.
Entering Huascarán National Park, we continue to Cebollapampa (3,900 m), where our hike begins. From here, we ascend steadily to Pisco Base Camp (4,665 m), a 3–4 hour gradual climb ideal for acclimatization.
At base camp, enjoy panoramic mountain views and, weather permitting, a beautiful Andean sunset.
Distance: 85 km (drive) / 7 km (hike)
Duration: 3 hours (drive) / 3–4 hours (hike)
Elevation gain: +750 m
