Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour starts. Once the group has entered, late arrivals cannot join and tickets are non-refundable.

The exhibition includes narrow corridors and an immersive layout reflecting wartime Kraków. Although the building once operated as Schindler’s factory, it now functions solely as a museum and no longer contains original machinery.

Tours are conducted in one language, selected at booking. Group size is limited to 25 participants in accordance with museum regulations. Start times are approximate and may change due to scheduling.

Full names of all participants are required at booking, as tickets are personalized. Failure to provide names may result in denied entry. The tour runs in all weather conditions; please dress appropriately.
